Tom & Shannon began Bitterroot Outfitters in 1993 in Hamilton, Montana.
They quickly grew into one of the largest permit holders in the western States, hunting well over 100 square miles of National forest and Wilderness.
In 2007 Bitterroot Outfitters expanded into
Idaho, buying 2 more permits, and now operates an ample size area along the Salmon River Breaks. They sold the Montana portion and hunt Idaho only.
Tom runs the hunting camps while Shannon runs the office and does all the cooking. They are kept fairly busy and operate 10 months out of the year.
Tom & Shannon currently live in Hamilton Montana. They have 2 daughters, Brittney and Megan.
